Key Account Manager – TWL, Ferrara & Foodservice

This is your chance to take ownership of some of Ferrara’s fastest-growing, most exciting brands, managing major accounts including The Warehouse Group, OIL & Kmart, and the Foodservice channel.
We’re looking for a self-motivated, commercially driven Key Account Manager who thrives on ownership, accountability, and delivering results in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and execute account strategies for The Warehouse Group, OIL & Kmart, in partnership with the Senior Business Manager
- Drive sales growth for Ferrara’s portfolio through strong ranging, distribution, availability, merchandising, and promotional execution
- Deliver agreed financial targets including sales, margin, and effective trade spend management
- Build strong, trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders and influencers
- Translate customer, market, and competitor insights into actionable, growth-driving commercial plans
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, and Marketing teams
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve sales processes, execution standards, and customer outcomes
What You’ll Bring
- Proven Key Account Management experience within FMCG, ideally in Grocery
- A self-starter mindset – motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently
- Strong commercial and analytical capability, with the ability to turn data into compelling growth opportunities
- Experience using SAP, Power BI, and Circana (IRI) data, with solid trade maths skills
- Excellent influencing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- A customer-first mindset and passion for delivering results
