Key Account Executive

We are currently looking for a Key Account Executive to support our Woolworths New Zealand (WWNZ) team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, coordinating all sales, marketing, logistics, and administrative support functions to ensure seamless operations and strong customer relationships.

This role would suit a graduate with 1-2 years’ experience within FMCG who is ambitious and keen to advance their career.

What You’ll Do:

  • Integrated Supply Planning (ISP): This is a critical, business-essential function that requires daily oversight of stock levels to ensure the availability of products and maintain service levels
  • Sales & Marketing: Support sales strategies, identify growth opportunities, and provide competitor and market feedback
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with key WWNZ stakeholders to facilitate smooth supply chain and operational processes
  • Administration & Data Management: Maintain and update internal and external databases, assist in category reviews, execute promotions seamlessly, and manage monthly claim reports
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for efficiency, enhance sales processes, and optimise trade spend

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in administration, or sales support (FMCG experience is a plus)
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to manage large datasets efficiently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational and analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Lighthouse, and SAP is an advantage
