Title:  Senior Product Specialist

We offer an opportunity for medical sales specialist to manage a good repertoire of brands. The successful candidate will gain insights into factors that create successful sales across portfolios and be mentored by experienced managers. This experience would expand your scope of brands to support career building in the pharmaceutical sector.

Candidates must have relevant experience in Singapore.

General Responsibilities:

• Promote the company’s range of products to healthcare professionals (HCP) and hospital pharmacists.
• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule.
• To identify and develop key opinion leaders to increase product usage, gain formulary acceptance and product endorsement.
• Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
• Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with HCP, medical staffs and supporting administrative staffs.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
• To organize and handle demonstrations, presentations, exhibitions, and any sales & marketing activities assigned by the company.
• To attend and discharge duties assigned in medical congresses, symposia and sales meetings.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• To assist in follow up on all project sales when require.
• To achieve sales target given by the company.
• Ensure product forecast commitment is adhered with monthly review & action plans.
• Ensure all ethical exclusive SKUs are moving in time.
• Minimize stocks return from clinics/hospitals.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Candidates should possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Degree in Medical Science, Pharmacy, Pharmacology or equivalent.
• Candidate with at least 1 year experience in the Pharmaceutical / Medical industry will be an added advantage.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to liaise with staff at all levels in an effective and efficient manner.
• Able to work independently as well as a team in promoting the Company’s products.
• Possess positive attitude and goal oriented.
• Results driven
