Title: Analyst, Sales Force Effectiveness

Job Summary
Sales Force Effectiveness Analyst will support healthcare business lines with sales performance trends & related analysis. This position will also liaison with IT for any system enhancements, execute new projects to help business lines use their sales data better, reconcile and update our Echoplus & Sales Force Effectiveness databases. Supervise execution and monitoring of sales force effectiveness plans, training, processes, tools and systems, etc., to drive sales growth and sales force productivity.
General Responsibilities
- Provide best-in-class service to plan, implement and support incentive compensation and sales operations management processes and tools.
- Manage continuous improvement of sales force effectiveness framework, plans, training, processes, tools, systems and reporting to effectively support sales teams.
- Maintain reporting platforms, ensure easy accessibility to sales information and customize reporting formats according to sales force requirements.
- Success measurement by setting and monitoring key performance measures - sales targets, territory planning & activity KPI.
- Consolidate information/data for periodical reporting to clients.
- Provide in-depth analysis of Sales and related trends as and when demanded.
- Identify reporting requirements and provide reporting platforms/reports (e.g. dashboard reports, analytics solutions, etc.) that enable efficient access to sales & related information.
- Work with the Commercial Excellence Manager on new data analysis and report building projects for DKSH’s clients, both internal & external.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Ability to spot trends and interpret data
- Sound knowledge in the general principles of sales
- Proven competency to handle confidential/sensitive information in an appropriate and secure manner
- Demonstrate analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proactive with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge in the general principles of sales
- Proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Power BI, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Education and Experience
- Any Bachelor's Degree with field-sales or marketing or sales reporting background (Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Marketing / Economics or a related discipline).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
