Job Summary
Within IRPMA Code of Practice, clients compliance and company i-HCP regulation, develop brand plan and lead brand plan execution to align with clients, sales team and cross-functions departments for business objectives achievement.
General Responsibilities
1. Support marketing team
- Develop marketing strategy to achieve annual sales target assigned by the company/client
- Propose annual advertisement & promotional budget and implement tactics to achieve business objective
- Coordinate and execute marketing programs and A&P events
- Support logistics or admin for products, e.g., draft official letter, inventory management
2. Manage products
- Inventory management
- Monitor sales performance and tracking KPI aligned with clients
- Contact window for external stakeholders, e.g., clients, HCPs, purchasers.
- Manage stock level within contract terms by coordinating commercial demand and clients' supply chains.
- Facilitate purchase ordering with cross-functional coordination for commercial goods stock management.
3. Analyze data
- Sales data management
- Provide IMS analysis and report quarterly
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the industry / market / competitors / customers
- Demonstrate knowledge and a proven sales track record in assigned products/services/systems and an existing network of contacts
- Demonstrate knowledge of regulatory requirements of products within assigned territories, including handling procedures, shelf life, warranties, etc.
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken

Education
Bachelor above, major in Pharmacy or Medical Science related
