Join DKSH Healthcare Australia as a Virtual Sales Representative and gain hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical industry. This is an ideal opportunity for graduates, entry-level candidates, or those looking to build a career in pharma sales through a flexible hybrid/virtual model. We have a number of new pharmacy-focused projects commencing.
What you’ll be doing
- Represent our clients’ pharmaceutical portfolios to pharmacies and GP clinics via virtual channels (primarily outbound calling)
- Drive product uptake through pharmacy engagement, education, and value-based selling
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets using effective virtual selling techniques
- Collaborate with the virtual sales team to share best practices and contribute to a high-performing, supportive environment
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular reporting on call activity, customer insights, and sales performance
- Work in a hybrid model: 3 days office-based, 2 days WFH (Sydney or Melbourne only)
What we’re looking for
- Entry-level candidates eager to start a career in pharmaceutical and pharmacy sales
- Science / healthcare background preferred
- Previous junior sales experience (retail, hospitality, customer service) highly regarded
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage pharmacists and healthcare professionals confidently
- Resilient, motivated, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Ambitious and commercially driven, with a desire to grow into field-based pharma sales roles
- Must be based in NSW or VIC
