Title:  Legal Executive

Job Summary

General Responsibilities

• Draft, review and amend non-disclosure agreements, distribution agreements and related agreements, customer agreements and other legal documents
• Review and advise on marketing materials and programs
• Support the Managers to comply with internal contract policies for Hong Kong and Macau businesses
• Maintain up to date contract database and upload contracts on a regular basis

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• Minimum 4 years’ relevant experiences gained in in-house environment
• Experience in contracts drafting and negotiation will be an added advantage
• Strong legal drafting and negotiation skills, both in English and Chinese, with good commercial sense, communication and inter-personal skills
• Self-motivated, attention to details with strong sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in Microsoft office application software and Chinese word processing (both traditional and simplified Chinese)

Working location: Wong Chuk Hang
