Job Summary

Are you ready to be at the forefront of transformation? As the Manager, Marketing & Communications - Thailand, you'll lead the charge in crafting compelling narratives to promote DKSH Thailand, fostering community connections, and championing our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. In this role, you won't just manage; you'll inspire change and shape stories that resonate with our local audience. This role is responsible for driving marketing and communication services, strategies, plans, and implementation for the local market, aligned with Group and local market strategy and leadership team. This role requires superior service orientation as well as ensuring delivery of outstanding marketing and communications service quality for stakeholders.

General Responsibilities

  • Implement Group branding, marketing communications, and media strategies, projects, materials, guidelines, and processes in the local market.
  • Develop and implement marketing and communications plan for local market, based on market strategy in collaboration with local market leadership.
  • Develop content for internal and external marketing materials and communication pieces including e-newsletters and campaigns, websites, trade fairs, webinars, townhalls, presentations, press releases, brochures, ads, etc.
  • Project management for local marketing and communication campaigns and participation in agile cross-border projects.
  • Implement and act as custodian of the DKSH brand locally, and train local users
  • Manage local websites, intranet, and social media channels. 
  • Coordinate and write press releases and organize media activities on the local level (interviews, press conferences, etc.)
  • Act as the principal local media contact point for DKSH and establish relationships with key local media.
  • Executing public relations and corporate communications programs to enhance DKSH Thailand’s corporate image and reputation.
  • Be the CSR champion. Develop and coordinate CSR initiatives that strengthen our ties with the local community, positioning us as a catalyst for positive change.
  • Help engage the brand in new philanthropic campaigns and social causes, as well as coordinate and execute existing campaigns, and programs. Ensure that the resonance of our CSR campaigns reverberates both internally and externally.
  • Support on local incident and crisis communications
  • Support on local M&A communications.

 

Functional Skills and Knowledge

  • Minimum five years’ corporate/marketing communications experience in a B2B environment within multinational organizations or in an agency environment, with a strong passion for CSR, community development, and sustainability.
  • Excellent command of English and Thai.
  • Very good communication skills and ability to connect across all levels of an organization.
  • Independent, reliable, and structured working style.
  • Quick-thinking with strong can-do mentality.
  • Hands-on, pragmatic implementation skills combined with attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Education

University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
