Job Summary

The Global Manager/Assistant Manager, Group Marketing, Healthcare, is supporting the delivery of marketing and communication services, strategies, plans and implementation for DKSH’s Business Unit Healthcare, aligned with the Business Unit strategy and leadership team. This role requires superior service orientation as well as ensuring delivery of outstanding MarCom service quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

General Responsibilities

  • Supporting to implement Group marketing, communications, and media strategy for the Business Unit across 15 markets globally
  • Assist to develop Business Unit marketing, communications and media strategy and plans based on Business Unit objectives, in alignment with Group-wide initiatives
  • Develop B2B marketing collateral and content to build DKSH Business Unit Healthcare’s corporate and employer brand – liaising with internal and external creative agencies
  • Liaise with and collaborate with local market stakeholders on key Business Unit Healthcare projects.
  • Source and develop content and manage Business Unit websites, social media content, events, newsletters, presentations, articles, success stories, thought leadership pieces, press releases, ads, etc.
  • Serve as competent and trusted MarCom partner, providing hands on support and advice to Business Unit management on all matters related to marketing and communications
  • Manage content for the corporate intranet/portal for the Business Unit
  • Support ad hoc marketing and communications tasks on Business Unit level
  • Collaborate with the Business Units’ country operations and business lines, supporting them proactively as a business partner on marketing and communications tasks

Functional Skills and Knowledge

  • Minimum five years of proven marketing, communications, and branding experience in B2B and/or B2C environment within multinational organizations, ideally with an agency or consulting background and healthcare industry experience
  • Pronounced problem solving skills
  • Independent, fast, reliable, and precise working style
  • Service and result oriented, willingness to deliver high performance
  • Very good English copy writing and text editing skills
  • Native / near native English language skills
  • Strategic and conceptual thinker, can-do mentality, hands-on, pragmatic implementation skills
  • Ability to set priorities and deliver results within tight time frames
  • Very good organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to connect and work across all levels of the organization
  • Willingness to constantly learn and develop

Education

University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent
