Are you a digital marketing expert with a passion to help global brands grow in APAC? We're seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our global ecommerce team as a Digital Marketing Expert! The ideal candidate should have a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record of success in executing marketing campaigns across various digital channels. In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for working with our local markets and business units in developing and executing best-in-class, cutting-edge B2C digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and maximize ROI. You'll focus on utilizing Social Media Ads, eCommerce onsite Ads, Search Marketing, and Affiliate marketing to help many brands grow in their targeted regions and countries. This is a “roll up your sleeves” role, where you will be handling the full campaign consultation, planning, implementation, optimization, and reporting. General Responsibilities

  • Be a digital marketing expert consultant, helping to strengthen the digital marketing strategy.
  • Work closely with sales and oversee initiatives to meet digital sales objectives.
  • Co-ordinate and co-operate with country teams and other business functions to drive e-commerce sales through contribution of digital media.
  • Understanding of A/B and multivariate testing, user segmentation, and reporting processes.

Functional Skills and Knowledge

  • 4-5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
  • Experience in a Performance Marketing agency or Media platform
  • Good knowledge of B2C Performance Marketing channels including, but not limited e-commerce marketplace onsite advertising, display & native advertising, search engine marketing, social media, affiliate & KOL marketing.
  • Develop and execute innovative B2C digital marketing campaigns to drive business growth and maximize ROAS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, creative, and brand teams to plan and execute effective digital media campaigns both onsite and offsite.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance for brands using tools such as Google Analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Proven experience in media planning, buying and optimization for lead and conversion campaigns
  • Proven track record in delivering marketing campaigns that drive sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage difficult clients as well as internal stakeholders
  • Fluent writing and verbal communications in Thai and English

Education

Bachelor, Master’s Degree or MBA in Business Administration, Marketing or Strategic Management
