Title:  Senior Executive Continuous Improvement

Job Summary:

Focus on leading improvement activities through the use of Continuous Improvement and Project Management tools to achieve assigned productivity goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Co-assist Lean & Six Sigma events and projects that deliver productivity commitments made during the annual improvement planning process, with minimal supervision
• Work with Action Teams to realize their objectives and productivity targets
• Provide multiple levels of CI support to the organization and gain their commitment to use continuous improvement tools and methodologies
• Support CI Belts through certifications

Job Requirements:

• BS/BA or equivalent experience required
• Green or Black Belt certification in Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies & tools
• Experience at least 3 years using continuous improvement tools and activities
• Analytical skills and proficiency in all basic Lean Six Sigma methodologies – Green Belt certification
• Proficiency in English language
• Experience using MS Power BI Advanced Analytics
• Adaptable to a variety of working environments (e.g. DC, office, client/customer’s site, etc.)
