Position: Senior Executive, Marketing

Job Summary

Drive marketing campaigns to generate market awareness for scientific instrumentation products and services, and promote new & existing products, services, or ideas including strategic planning, advertising, public relations, event organization, lead generation, promotion campaigns, distribution, sponsorship, and market research.

General Responsibilities

• To drive strategic planning of an annual, medium- or long-term marketing plan to drive forward agreed company objectives

• Plan and organize events, seminars, exhibitions as well as launching of new products.

• Liaison with suppliers and respective stakeholders on these events

• Ensure effective roll out of the events and evaluate the degree of success of these events by

gathering feedback for future improvement

• Involve working with product specialists on the content writing, editing and proofreading

• Drive market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness

• Utilize effective tools in distributing marketing materials to build awareness and generate leads

• Managing the marketing database and email distribution

Functional Skills/ Knowledge

• Sound knowledge and understanding of the business and industry

• Strong product knowledge

• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Working knowledge of Salesforce Pardot marketing automation solution

• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.

• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Work Experience

Minimum five years' experience in the related field is required for this position.

Education

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Physics, Science & Technology, Biotechnology, Marketing, Business Management or equivalent
