Title:  Executive Material Management

General Responsibilities

1. Lead Demand Planning Review Meeting and develop rolling forecast to reflect sales and marketing assumption.

2. Synthesizes all input across Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain function to drive demand forecast consensus.

3. Track forecast variances, identify risk and opportunity, adjust forecast to reflect remedial action.

4. Provide forecast support to Commercial activities (New Product Innovation, Promotion, New Listing etc)

5. Manage product/ packaging rollover, introduction and discontinuations to meet business objective

6. Initiate clearance plan of slow-moving stock to improve inventory holding. 

Functional Skills and Knowledge

1. Min 2 years related knowledge in Demand Planning process.

2. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Knowledge in Power BI and SAP is highly advantageous.

3. Possess analytical skill and able to synthesize and filter input from multiple sources to identify important factor influence/ impact future demand.

4. Ability to identify risk and opportunities.

5. Strong collaboration skill.

6. Risk Management control.

Education

Min Diploma and above
