Title:  Analyst, Group Strategy

Job Summary

Support data extraction from multiple sources and consolidate for reporting.

Support data analysis.

Strategic & Market research analysis.

Develops new strategic reporting.

General Responsibilities

Support corporate/strategic initiatives/projects and any ad hoc requests.

Conduct business-specific research to identify sub-optimal business performance.

Compile charts, graphs, and slides and present the findings in concise reports under the supervision of the Project Manager.

Analyze and identify opportunities for business performance improvements.

Own, identify & develop market insights & analysis which are of relevant business and strategic impact.

Functional Skills and Knowledge

Proven ability to collect, analyze, and interpret both qualitative and quantitative data.

Demonstrate analytical, root-cause analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills and tools.

Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities, especially in cross-country/-cultural interactions.

Proven competency to handle confidential/sensitive information appropriately and securely.

Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English.

Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Power BI).

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business/Finance or related discipline.

Work Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
