Job Summary

○職務内容：

ギアポンプの技術営業のお仕事です

今回募集をするギアポンプの技術営業では大きく分けて２種類のターゲットがあり、ひとつは押出成形機用、もう一つは液送用です。

・押出成形機用ギアポンプは、成形品の精度(膜厚)を高めるための極めて重要なモジュールとなります。主に押出成型機を製造している機械メーカー及び樹脂シート・フィルム・繊維などを製造するエンドユーザ向けの技術営業です。

・液送用は、ケミカルプラントなどでオイル等の汎用的な流体移送や蒸留設備など真空プロセスでの反応液の移送(引抜・圧送)をするためのポンプです。ケミカルプラント、エンジニアリング会社、機械製造メーカー向けの技術営業です。

・お客様の製品/運転仕様を伺い、ギアポンプの仕様を検討する

・ギアポンプの選定のための計算（Webに計算プログラムがあるため、そちらを用いて軸動力等の計算をします）

・システムを構成するモーターや減速機の選定、周辺機器・架台の選定・設計、メーカーへ手配・架台等の手配

・上記を総合したアセンブリの作図（CADを使用します。短管フランジなどの設計を含む共通架台の作図(据付図)の作成であり、部品等の開発設計ではありません。）、見積もりの作成、細かい部分の摺合せ

・スイス本国へ製品の手配、組立（自社で行うケースと協力企業で実施するケースがあります）、据え付けの立ち合い、お客様先での定期オーバーホール時の対応（分解洗浄を自分で行うケースもございます）

○製品：世界最高品質のギアポンプを扱っていただきます。創業以来90年以上に亘り、世界で日本で培った実績と信頼のあるスイス製のギアポンプです。

○顧客：化学、樹脂、食品などの大手製造業が中心となります。液体、油脂、樹脂に至るまで全ての液体・流体に適用可能で、加工精度が圧倒的に高いため、商品の優位性、マーケットにおける認知度はほぼ完成されており、深耕営業・反響営業が中心となります。燃料電池部品や自動車部品（フィルム・車載の樹脂部品）では圧倒的なマーケットシェアを持つギアポンプです。

○その他：土日祝日は原則お休みで出勤することは、ほぼありません。ケースバイケースですが、月に10日前後出張のある場合がございます。主なエリアとしては、大手化学プラントが多くある京葉エリアから九州までです。

General Responsibilities

○Job details:

This is a technical sales job for gear pumps.

There are two main targets for gear pump technical sales that we are recruiting for: one for extrusion molding machines and the other for liquid delivery.

・The gear pump for extrusion molding machines is an extremely important module for increasing the precision (film thickness) of molded products. This is technical sales mainly for machine manufacturers that manufacture extrusion molding machines and end users that manufacture resin sheets, films, fibers, etc.

・Liquid transfer pumps are used to transfer general-purpose fluids such as oil in chemical plants, etc., and to transfer reaction liquids (pulling/pressure feeding) in vacuum processes such as distillation equipment. Technical sales for chemical plants, engineering companies, and machinery manufacturers.

・Listen to the customer's product/operation specifications and consider gear pump specifications.

・Calculation for gear pump selection (There is a calculation program on the web, so use it to calculate shaft power, etc.)

・Selection of motors and reducers that make up the system, selection and design of peripheral equipment and mounts, arrangement with manufacturers, arranging mounts, etc.

・Drawing of an assembly that integrates the above (CAD is used. This is the creation of a drawing (installation drawing) of a common frame including the design of short pipe flanges, etc., and is not a development design of parts etc.), creation of an estimate, Grinding of fine parts

・Arranging the product to Switzerland, assembling it (some cases are done in-house, some cases are done by a partner company), attending the installation, and responding to periodic overhauls at the customer's site (in some cases, disassembling and cleaning the product yourself)

○Products: We handle gear pumps of the highest quality in the world. This is a Swiss-made gear pump that has been around the world for more than 90 years since its establishment, and has a proven track record and reliability in Japan.

○Customers: Mainly major manufacturing industries such as chemicals, resins, and foods. It can be applied to all liquids and fluids, including liquids, oils and fats, and resins, and the processing precision is overwhelmingly high, so the product's superiority and market recognition are almost complete, and the focus is on in-depth sales and response sales. It becomes. Gear pumps have an overwhelming market share in fuel cell parts and automotive parts (film and automotive resin parts).

○Other: As a general rule, I am closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, so I almost never come to work. Although it varies on a case-by-case basis, you may be required to travel for around 10 days a month. The main area is from the Keiyo area, where there are many major chemical plants, to Kyushu.

Functional Skills and Knowledge

【必須要件】

・工学部 機械系の学部学科卒必須 (製造工程の機械・部材の選定業務に際して、クライアントと機械図面を共有しながら、必要要件を理解できること）

・30歳くらいまでの方であれば営業経験は不問ですが、営業職に意欲・興味をお持ちの方。

※顧客（製造業の設計部門）から、製造設備を新設・改造するための設計図を共有された際に、その設計図から顧客の意図や目的、まだ課題を見つけ出すスキルが重要です。

【歓迎要件】

・押出成形などの樹脂・プラスチック成形の経験・知識をお持ちであれば尚可

・液体、油脂、オイル、樹脂に至るまで幅広く”液体”に関わる製造・加工プロセスの知識あれば尚可・ポンプ、減速機、モーター（大型機械・大規模製造設備向け）の知識・スキル・押出機製作、射出成型機やフィルム製造に携わった経験をお持ちの方（特に燃料電池、自動車部品などは歓迎）

・TOEIC550点以上あれば尚可（会社が一部費用負担をする英語の研修補助制度がございます。現在の英語力に自信がなくとも、英語力をこれからブラッシュアップさせていきたいと言う意欲があれば歓迎します）

[Required requirements]

・Faculty of Engineering, mechanical engineering graduate required (Ability to understand requirements while sharing mechanical drawings with clients when selecting machines and components for manufacturing processes)

・If you are under the age of 30, no sales experience is required, but you must be motivated and interested in a sales job.

*When a customer (design department in a manufacturing industry) shares a blueprint for constructing or remodeling manufacturing equipment, it is important to have the skills to discover the customer's intentions, objectives, and any remaining issues from the blueprint.

[Welcome requirements]

・It is a plus if you have experience and knowledge of resin/plastic molding such as extrusion molding.

・Knowledge of manufacturing and processing processes related to a wide range of "liquids" including liquids, fats, oils, and resins is a plus ・Knowledge and skills of pumps, reducers, and motors (for large machines and large-scale manufacturing equipment) ・Extrusion Those who have experience in machine manufacturing, injection molding machines, and film manufacturing (especially welcome in fuel cells, automobile parts, etc.)

・TOEIC score of 550 or above is a plus (we have an English training subsidy system where the company covers some of the costs. Even if you are not confident in your current English ability, you must have the desire to brush up on your English ability in the future. (We welcome you)
