Title:  Senior User Interface & User Experience Designer Digital Product

Job Summary:

This role is perfect for those who are passionate about design and user experience, and who are obsessed with delivering delight to our products’ customers. As a UIUX Designer, you will work with a cross-functional, highly capable team of product manager/owners and developers, inventing and iterating end-to-end product experiences.

Job Description:

• Lead the product design process for our products to serve the customers

• Collaborate with Product, Development and Business to design interfaces and experiences from ideation to launch

• Develop clear and effective user interfaces to achieve both product and business goals

• Design products systematically coupled with the evaluation of work with data

• Maintain and define the visual and UX patterns for our products to cultivate a consistent and intuitive experience

• Strong ability to grasp the product vision, product goals and communicate them clearly and regularly to the team

• Demonstrate a track record of getting things done in a fast-paced environment

• Solid design philosophy, deep understanding and practical experience in user experience design

• Excellent leadership, communication and teamwork skills

• Passionate and detail-oriented

• Experienced in usage of design and prototyping tools

• Create and maintain design systems and design specs for design scalability of product

• Able to create HTML/CSS design guides for developers’ usage

• Contribute to overall UIUX governance in organization

• Leads demo sessions that showcase product mockups/prototypes

• Evangelize the UX mindset within DKSH’s Digital and IT environment as well as within the Business

Job Requirement:

• At least 3 years’ experience in similar role

• Bachelor’s Degree

Functional skills:

• Equally good grasp of both UX and UI concepts

• Familiar with Adobe design suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and other similar design/wireframing/prototyping tools

• Basic command of web technologies including HTML templates, CSS and JavaScript welcomed

• Familiarity and comfort in Agile environment welcomed
