Title:  Intern - Marketing & Communications

Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Internal Communications Intern to join our team. This role will provide an exciting opportunity for the intern to gain hands-on experience in supporting the development and execution of internal communication initiatives. We are looking for candidates with a strong interest in communications, and a creative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write internal communications materials, including newsletters, emails, and presentations
• Develop content for various internal platforms, such as the digital notice boards, company intranet, and social media channels
• Conduct research and gather information to support communication campaigns or projects
• Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, including town halls, workshops, and other internal events
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure consistency and accuracy in messaging across all internal communication channels
• Assist in monitoring the effectiveness of communication strategies and provide recommendations for improvement
