Title:  IT Analyst - Transport Management System

General responsibilities

• Drive full transport system implementations for country using DKSH strategic IT solutions.
• Manage transport system implementation project, including:
  • Requirement gathering from the stakeholders.
  • End-to-end IT solution design
  • Gap analysis
  • Preparation of IT business requirement document, application design document, and functional specification document.
  • System setup, configuration, and perform unit test.
  • Develop EDI/API interface specification.
  • Develop reports.
  • Deliver user training.
  • Supporting User Acceptance Test (UAT)
  • Solution deployment
  • Go Live Support
• Provide support for the existing solutions in terms of the following:
  • Provide solution to address a request or an incident.
  • Change development specification.
  • Change system configuration.
  • Regression testing

• Coordinate and manage existing IT knowledge base, update work instructions.

Functional skills and knowledge

• Good understanding of transportation and/or warehouse operational process and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Self-driven and a self-starter.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources.
• Proficiency in documenting requirements using tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Supply Chain or equivalent.

Work experience

• 3 to 5 years of relevant implementation experience in transport management system and related tools (such as route optimization, transport billing, and transport business domain knowledge)
• Proven ability to navigate and succeed within complex organizational structures.
