We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our HR team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a 12-month fixed term contract. If you are passionate about recruitment, have a keen eye for talent, and thrive in a collaborative environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. This is a part-time role, and we are flexible with the role being either 3 or 4 days a week.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with HR leaders, Business Partners, and hiring managers to lead end-to-end recruiting and talent attraction initiatives. 

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the full cycle of recruitment activities for a variety of vacancies
• Utilise active sourcing and competency-based selection techniques to identify the best-fitting candidates
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify role/candidate requirements
• Conduct pre-screening interviews, manage high-level interviews, and background screening

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum three to five years of experience in a similar role (internal or external recruitment)
• Knowledge of general resourcing processes/tools, candidate interviews, and assessments
• Strong IT skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
