Job Summary
- Promote and sell the company’s products and services with the objective to achieve sales, profit margin and customer satisfaction within established policies, procedures and guidelines
- Represent company brand name and reputation
General Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategy to acquire new customers as well as build and maintain positive relationship with existing customer to promote Engine sales
- Assess customer needs and potentials
- Manage and build rapport to different stakeholders in senior level
- Provide technical consultants to Naval Architect, Contractors and Owners
- Determine project cost and propose profit margin
- Develop contract, negotiate contract terms and ensure contract terms meet company policies
- Follow up payment schedule,
- Provide reports on request
- Achieve sales and gross margin targets
- Monitor the tender progress
- Meet customer’s needs and enhance the competitive position of the offer by cooperating with AE (Application Engineer), After sales and Sales Admin Department
- Ensure timeliness of order approval and that delivery schedule meets customer’s need
- Monitor delivery schedule, guide customer on custom clearance
- Co-ordinate with relevant departments and suppliers to ensure that the project is progressing and finishing according to the
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Project management and execution
- Familiar with basic financial metrics ( margin, Account Receivable ...)
- Technical project sales
- English proficiency
- Selling & Negotiation Skill
- Basic computer skill
Education
- Graduated from Technical university (HCMUTE or HCMUT is preferable)
Work Experience
- 4-6 years sales experience, preferably in technical sales
- Familiar with products of marine segment (engines, genset,…)
- Knowledgeable in project sales and project management.
