Title:  Engineer Technical Services

Job Summary

• Perform installation, maintenance and service activities; provide technical support to sales team; contribute in group service and part sales with the objective to ensure equipment run smoothly and efficiency within  product technique and instructions, established procedures and guidelines.

General Responsibilities

• Inspect, request for operation conditions; install, commission and test; contact suppliers for warranty in order to start up purchased equipment.
• Guide theory; train system operations, application and maintenance in order to ensure equipment operated probably and efficiently
• Troubleshoot, investigate and resolve technical problem; recommend new products or equipment upgrades in order to make equipment perform reliably.  
• Conduct need analysis, recommend equipment model and its applications, explain technical concerns in order to support sales during pre-sales progres

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance, operation and repair of industrial electrical equipment
• Understanding industrial generator systems, ATS and synchronization is an advantage (optional)
• Ability to work overtime and travel long distances
• Have office computer skills: Word, Excel, Power point
• Able to communicate in English

Education

• Graduated from university majoring in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electrics Engineering
