Title: Senior Manager, Finance Business Partnering

Job Summary
- Lead/Perform as finance business partnering in the evaluation of existing and new business opportunities, including new M&A.
- Perform project feasibility and contract management for new and renewed clients.
- Participate in client pitching together with Business development team.
- Support to business team for new business integrations.
- Maintenance of Activity Based Costing (ABC) costs in Deal Assessment templates (DAT).
- Support ad-hoc projects for management.
General Responsibilities
•Support Business Unit Controller with analysis of feasibility, contractual negotiations, client/customer profitability analysis, internal and external presentations, issues tracking and management, investments and other key developments that require financial inputs
•Lead and drive process improvement initiatives to streamline deal analysis process, while ensuring consistency and accuracy.
•Support internal interactions across Business Unit on matters related to business controlling to ensure timely understanding of financial performance and adequate management of any financial issues
•Undertake evaluation and appraisal of new business opportunities with business development and other key business stakeholders:
- Gather necessary information, e.g. Pallet consumption, Order lines, invoices, average invoice values, etc. to be able to calculate costs to serve.
- Use Deal Assessment Template (DAT) to simulate financial projection.
•Support business development and operation teams in the preparation of fee proposals for submission to clients.
•Responsible to maintain all evaluations and appraisals using the Deal Assessment Template (DAT)
•Maintain and active and accurate database of all completed and finally approved appraisals.
•Develop a strong understanding of Healthcare activities costing systems.
•Establish activities unit costs to be used in the Deal Assessment Template (DAT), in close cooperation with related parties.
•Offer support to operations during new client integrations. Act as a liaison between client finance, DKSH operations team, and related parties.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Advanced knowledge in commercial analysis, finance management reporting, budgeting and accounting principles.
- Background in pharmaceutical industries is a plus
- Understand financial concepts and complex technical information.
- Ability to manage complex planning & reporting process
- Strong proficiencies in Excel and Power Point
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of SAP / Lighthouse / RPA / PowerBI / AI are preferred
- Extensive experience in planning, financial statement reporting & analysis and controlling
- Minimum five years of extensive experience across area of commercial, finance, controlling and financial planning in healthcare business, plus hands on experience in Big 4 audit firm's background, will be an advantage.
- Proven strong interpersonal skill. Highly collaborative with strong business partnership.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
