Key Account Manager – DKSH Beauty & Wellness
We’re looking for a commercially minded, highly organised Key Account Manager to join our team. If you love working with major retailers, enjoy building strong customer partnerships, and thrive in a fast‑moving environment, this role is for you.
About the Role
As a Key Account Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of major retail customers to drive profitable growth. You’ll lead customer relationships, support brand and category strategies, and ensure flawless execution across promotions, launches, pricing, and trade marketing.
This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role where strong collaboration, commercial acumen and attention to detail are essential.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with key retail customers to drive sustainable sales growth
- Support and execute new product launches, promotions, pricing changes and category reviews
- Analyse sales performance, prepare forecasts, and deliver accurate reporting and presentations
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support new business initiatives
- Work closely with Brand, Supply Chain, Field Sales, Logistics, and Digital teams to ensure seamless execution
- Provide customer insights and feedback to support brand and category strategy
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in Key Account Management, Sales, Brand, or Commercial roles, ideally within Beauty, FMCG or major retail
- Proven ability to build strong customer relationships with large retailers
- Strong analytical capability and confidence working with sales data, forecasting, and reporting
- High proficiency in Excel, experience with SAP, Circana, or Nielsen is an advantage
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and confident presenting to internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail. Organisation and follow through
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- A proactive, resilient mindset with a strong drive to achieve results
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
